zezbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and zezbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zezbd website at zezbd.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions and services made available through the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

zezbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to the Terms as they stand, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

To register and use the zezbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing zezbd account that is active, suspended or under review.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a zezbd employee.
• You are not depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the platform for money laundering.

zezbd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point in time. Players who cannot satisfy any of the conditions above may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the zezbd platform. Attempting to open or operate more than one account — whether under different mobile numbers, different names or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. The information you provide must include your real full name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age. Providing inaccurate information — including in particular a false date of birth or a mobile number belonging to another person — is grounds for immediate account suspension.

• Do not share your password with any third party, including friends, family members or zezbd support staff. zezbd will never ask you for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection. zezbd supports 2FA via your registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Log out of your account after every session on a shared or public device, including cyber cafes in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and elsewhere.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to zezbd support immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification

zezbd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at the point of first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence — to confirm your identity and verify that your age meets the 21+ requirement. zezbd may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the verification process is complete. zezbd is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation.

Deposits

Deposits to your zezbd account may be made using the following methods accepted for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Processing times may vary.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is to prevent money-laundering and to ensure funds return to their verified source.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. Players who have not submitted valid identification documents will have their withdrawals held pending verification.

zezbd offers promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and occasional seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed full account registration. No bonus is available to anonymous or guest users.
• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit up to ৳20,000. A minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, combined with other bonuses (unless explicitly stated), or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• zezbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited to an account if it reasonably suspects that the player is exploiting a bonus offer in bad faith, including through collusion, multi-accounting or artificial wagering.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion expire 7 days after being issued unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion's individual terms.

All bets placed on the zezbd platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for cricket, football, roulette, slots and crash games are additionally governed by the rules of the individual game provider:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled by the player. Technical errors on the player's device do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
• In the event of a palpable pricing error — such as an odds feed malfunction resulting in an obviously incorrect market price — zezbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set at the market level and may vary by game type, tournament and bet type. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• zezbd reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, parlay or accumulator. This limit is communicated in the platform's help section and may be updated periodically.

Cricket betting at zezbd covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers internationals. All cricket betting is subject to the match result being valid as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). Abandoned or suspended matches are settled according to the rules published on the cricket betting page.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zezbd platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the zezbd platform, regardless of the mobile number, name or device used.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other software to place bets, circumvent security measures or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including match-fixing of any sport listed on the platform.
• Depositing, playing with or attempting to withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, including proceeds from fraud, theft, drug trafficking or any other unlawful source.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the zezbd platform to gain credits, free bets or any other form of financial advantage not intended by zezbd.
• Registering as a player if you are under 21 years of age or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

zezbd employs automated fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity around the clock. Suspicious patterns — including unusual deposit velocity, atypical betting patterns, and coordinated multi-account activity — are flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team.

zezbd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of tools that players can use to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available at any time from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your zezbd account.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the total amount you are prepared to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further bets are blocked until the period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached the session ends automatically.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zezbd's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. zezbd is not liable for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, consequential loss, or any loss arising from technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, or internet connectivity issues beyond zezbd's reasonable control.

Platform Availability

zezbd endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, zezbd does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party server outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions and telecommunications failures.

Amendments to These Terms

zezbd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zezbd will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, zezbd may also send a notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
